The person who served me tonight started questioning about why I wanted my receipt. It was really strange lol They also just chat when they’re serving you and the manager guy who’s alway in shirt is the worst for it, he never says please or thank you or he’s always chatting on his headset. Some of the staff are nice, like the lady with the blonde hair and the lady with the red/brown hair. Nothing but the best for those two
Limited products available but very nice, clean and with well-mannered staff members.
A good reliable shop with an excellent level, variety and quality of stock. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly return.
The younger staff are very polite and friendly, most importantly they are smart enough to remember you and don’t ID u every time… can’t say the same for the manager or old ladies serving today…

Been in a few times of late. Staff have been excellent and the store tidy. Some of the Aberdeen branches could take some lessons from this store.
Convenient location but definitely aimed at the "locals and students" only - As a tourist not the best experience, quite unwelcoming and staff not polite a fellow traveller from China had a similarly negative experience. Would recommend if visiting Stirling, going to one of the local independent stores which are also open later.
Better place to do your shopping
Well stocked, clean, tidy. Staff visually working and can answer questions when asked. Checkouts well manned, with obviously trained staff.
Has a good selection for a local shop
