Amazing service from my wonderful delivery driver this morning. Having had a bad back and after telling driver he took great care in staking cat litter in flat where i requested, brought shopping into kitchen and assisted and all with a smile . Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful and such a very much appreciated service.
Nice store but as with all other branches with clothing departments they really need to reinstate changing rooms. Not fair to penalise genuine customers for the few who steal. Customers are forced to try on clothes over their own clothes or buy then return and wait on refunds if paying by card as most of us do niw.
Very disappointed with Customer Services today. I had to ring because I had to cancel my delivery. Due to family emergency.nTried to ensure no payment would be taken from my account.nnOnly to have phone put down on me!!!!nnNot acceptable!!! I WAS only asking a question!!! Home deliveries for 6 YEARS!! Not happy!!
Christmas music on loved the atmosphere in store, great choice of food, good pricing. Disappointed 2 tills on a busy Saturday. Nobody with a trolley with £100+ wants to use a self service machine, therefore had the torture of waiting in line with 10 customers in front of me, excess wait of 25 mins to be served
The people are nice enough when you need help but they are usually out of stock on various items. Which is frustrating when I'm going there specifically for that item like the select your own variety of Lindor Chocolates. It makes for a perfect gift but they have been low on selection for months.
