Been shopping here for years but not since they've changed the parking facilities. It's dreadful. Would rather pay and park on the street than the hassle of getting a ticket, validating the ticket in store and then hoping the ticket machine is actually working in order to register and the exit the car park.

No one can tell me precisely where the 5p on plastic bags goes.  Vague comments "to charity" Which, Howard much nationally? Locally?  The store is not always fully stocked. Fruit and vegetables are not always best quality.  Don't ripen.  Go off quickly.  Meat and fish counter good.  Excellent service.  Disappointing selection of English  cheeses. Would expect more local produce too. Annoyed that coupons are never for products I use despite using my Waitrose  catd.
