Bought a nice Sony Z from here for a good price. Got a small discount for not taking the charger but the lad didn't tell me there was a seal missing from the SD card slot cover... That cost me £9 to replace. Very bad move as I won't trust them again and will pick apart anything I buy in the future. And, why are the staff so grumpy in this store!

We have used CeX for some years now and have always found them helpful and friendly. We buy almost all our PS games from them and they have brought our mobile phones off us when we upgraded giving us a very fair price for them. Would not hesitate to recommend CeX

Great shop. Buy and sell DVD, Blu-ray and console games. Always a bargain to be had.

They sell you a dvd boxset and when you take it back two or three weeks later they refuse to buy it back because there's a tiny hair line crack round the center hole of one of the disks and they accuse you of mistreating it. I dont have kids, i live in a tidy house, im carefull with dvds etc. And how exactly would I cause these cracks??? Simple answer they sold it in the condition that I returned it. Very unlikely CEX will be getting any more cash from me. I'll try ebay instead.
