Staff very friendly and always willing to help. High quality food and good prices. Especially if you have a my Waitrose card. But don't forget to go online and pick your own items as you will get money off those items. Also a free hot drink and free paper when you spend over £10 can't be bad. Must try there own baked beans better than the leading brands and cheaper.

Really busy day at the cafe.

Service was good but they didn't have enough staff to handle the numbers. 

It was new years eve in all fairness.

Very disappointed in the selection at this store. Was hoping i would find something different.  Loads of the same old tbing and some shelfs were empty.

Always a great place to go and have a shop around. Met a friend for coffee friendly service and a great selection of beverages and cakes!
