We went for a 4d scan at around 28 weeks, the sonographer was amazing, even though it was really hard to get a good picture of the little one as I have a front lying placenta. She didn’t stop trying on two occasions. The sonographer gave us reassurance and told us everything that we needed to know about the baby. Size, blood flow, heartbeat etc  It was amazing as our boys could come in and watch on the big screen and see there new brother or sister.  Would highly recommend ******

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had a gender scan because I was planning for a gender reveal. Unfortunately, they gave me a wrong gender. My husband and I were shocked to find out during the delivery. My friends and I had a baby shower; I was gifted all these blue and boy stuffs because we thought we’re having a boy. It is totally disappointing, I have been sending them an email to say about my experience but I never received any response. Tried phoning them but no one is taking my calls. It’s not worth the money, I even purchased a printed copy of the scan which costs 5£ each for one photo. I will not recommend this clinic and will never be coming back to them to have a scan in the future.

Incorrect gender given at ultrasound. No refund offered until after the birth. Overall very unprofessional feel when I got to the clinic. Not convinced it was an actual qualified sonographer. She did not know how to work the machine properly & the pictures are all really zoomed out & upside down like she didn’t know how to do it correctly.

Had to wait around a lot for the appointment and at times felt rushed but managed to get some lovely 4D scan photos so overall pleased.

Purchased a code through Groupon who said we can use the voucher either side of 16 week pregnancy however the merchant said we can't and would be turned away. The website has available bookings for today and accepting bookings yet on the phone we were told they were full. We have made travel arrangements which are non refundable so are out of pocket in the cost of living crisis. Unprofessional and rude, talked over me the whole time so we had to end the call. Not impressed at all, APPROACH WITH CAUTION!

Purchased on Groupon, had a little trouble with booking but no fault of the owners just Groupon. The whole experience was well worth the Groupon price, staff were all friendly, didn’t feel rushed, and were very patient with my two rather active boys who came also.  Would recommend :

I can't rate this service highly enough. We had a little scare early on in the pregnancy but luckily everything was fine. Within the NHS there are large gaps between scans, this gave us piece of mind before our 20 week scan. We also found out the Sex of the baby. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I was expecting this service to cost much more than it did. There are limited spaces so I would advise to book now. We have now booked a scan for further on in the pregnancy. Please see the photo that shows the clarity we got even at this early stage.

Dreadful !! Don't bother, messages ignored, appointments constantly being changed, time wasters !!
