Friendliest butchers around! High quality products and food with a great range. Thanks to the lovely and welcoming staff.
Superb choice of cuts etc, well presented and excellent quality. A nice friendly shop, reminiscent of days gone by with a smile and great service. We'll be back to stock up the freezer, the forerib looked fantastic.
Friendly, helpful and great quality meat. Great that they do fish orders. Didn't see any organic meat, but you can't have everything. Having a dog and one who does not like being left outside shops on her own, I find the on-street serving window especially helpful. Even chatted to me one day when my bus didn't turn up and I had a two-hour wait for the next one.
Friendly staff, lovely looking and tasting food. Grass fed meat and a great cheese selection too!
Great service.....and even greater sausages....last week I had the Toulouse ones ...absolutely gorgeous....this week trying the Wild boar ........local butchers...so give them a whirl ...they also sell an assortment of spices to get the best out of your meat ..
I little disappointed, picked up my ordered Turkey Crown yesterday paid over £110.00 nearly fell over! It had the wings still on which I mentioned that I have never bought a crown with the wings still on. Very frustrating as I didn't want that.They told me it comes with wings ?? Which obviously made the bird weigh more. I paid the premium for a crown as it is. £12.00 Vs £18.00 Bird a little scarred up too . Just feel I got done over,!!
I don't care if you live in Aberdeen. Just get yourself into this shop and buy as much of the rump steak as you can carry, take it home and be amazed. I live near Birmingham but I'm going to be making excuses to get back here...

Excellent west country meat and home prepared produce. Lovely cheeses too. All served with a smile!
Lovely people, very friendly. Very reasonably priced highly recommend. Scotch eggs are to die for.
