Once again, not a single clean table in the cafe. I had to clear and wipe a table before I could have my coffee, as did everyone else in the half hour that I was there. Staff in and out of the kitchen with orders for customers but all seemed oblivious to the dirty tables and the clutter, returning empty-handed to the kitchen. Don't know if it's supposed to be a self - clear area - nothing to indicate that it is - but the one trolley was filled with dirty trays, so anyone who wanted to clear their own table couldn't do so. Continuing problem, Waitrose - just not good enough!

Fabulous place for getting the little pleasures in life but sometimes there's just too many people just looking. Really, there should be membership card to stop the browsers. There's an Aldi across the road for these people.

Cafe was dirty, had to clean own table. Staff didn't seem be interested in much other than chatting amongst themselves at the till. Coffee was decent

The range in this store is excellent. So many options. Great quality and plenty of choice in every department.
