Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.
Not the greatest branch I have visited. Lots of lines out of stock on both Thursday and Friday evenings. The night shift shelf filling staff were as helpful as they could be but no luck on finding the items I needed. Bought a punnet of grapes that tasted like strawberries - more unpleasant that it sounds. Run of the mill.
Waitrose has some tasty food and sometimes good discounts. The shop is not very big, so stock is limited.
Always the best service when shopping here. Kind and friendly staff that are always helpful. Inviting entrances. Clean, bright and larger than average Waitrose branch. Good Sushi bar too!

Nice store however the item selection is quite limited compared to other Waitrose stores I’ve visited.
Love this place, but don't shop there every week as find it more expensive then Aldi.
Large spacious store. Plenty of free parking for 90mins, on 3 levels. The store never seems too busy, so you can browse with ease. Although lately whilst the store is not busy, there often appears very few manned tills open, resulting large queues at all tills including self scan. Its location is easily accessible by foot from the town centre, but you don't have to go through the middle of town centre to access it. Reasonable size cafe and outside seating area
Nice variety of items to choose from. My 8 year old daughter sends me to Waitrose to buy her vegan hotdogs.
Staff on various shopfloor departments come across arrogant, which is ironic! Till staff however are always very friendly and chatty.
