A splendid and quiet Sainsbury’s of an evening in one of the most prestigious addresses in the vicinity of Birmingham; B91.
I visited this store on a recent weekday to find that only the self service tills were available. As with other reviewers I find this very poor when there are staff members stood by chatting. If there are sufficient staff members why could they not open at least one till. Sainsbury's are poor for responding to what customers want and ask for. It's all about what is more convenient for corporate Sainsbury
Nice, clean supermarket. Small clothing range and small toy section. Good quality food and drink. Lots of self service checkouts available. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very poor service. The website needs to be updated with opening times and updated information regards parking. Also they need to check the location on goggle and get this updated to. The staff member on tiles very rude and disrespectful. Not need first thing in the morning.
some item's can be pricey but is reasonable to consider what the store has to offer.
Good all-around shop. Easy parking, well laid out, helpful staff. The homeware is really nice, some of the goods are Habitat, some Sainsburys own. Clothing is quite good too, I especially rate the ladies' jeans. Trying to remember £1 for the shopping trolley can be irksome but, on the whole, a pleasant shopping experience considering its a chore! Happy shopping!
