I requested a delivery and mentioned that I was having a garden party that day. They made two trips because they couldn't find my bungalow the first time and told me they raised how important it was to get the food in time. Brilliant service.
Don't usually shop here anymore, but still have home delivery service.....so as I was walking could not carry all my shopping. Staff helpful .... The only downside was the receipt....ink had run out so I was unable to check 37 items .
I only buy certain things here, but they have good offers.
Staff unaware of disabled people access to local toilets. When I showed my disabled access card the woman was not interested.
No issues. In this store. Plenty of stock. It was very quiet when I was in there.pretty sure it was just me and a cashier. Parking at front of store is limited and one way. plenty of parking at back it is free but you still need a ticket and beware it is frequently monitored by traffic wardens.

OK friendly staff. Still only got the old-fashioned checkout. Would like them to bring in scan and shop, and/or self service till for those only buying a few items.
The expenses had gone up. However, I managed to get some offers. I bought 3 family bottles of Robinsons apple and blackcurrant cordial, 3 bottles of Don Simon fruit juice and 2 boxes of bounty ice cream bars which were all on offer and which came in use.
