We shop here regularly and often with my small kids with me. The staff are always so helpful especially if one of my children is not very happy. They have gifted them jelly’s and other small toys to keep them happy. My youngest smiles when he see the Waitrose uniform now as he knows they will make a fuss out of him. Brilliant and kind group of people working here. Always happy to help and go the extra mile and offer help. Just offering a person a friendly smile and a little chit chat makes the world of difference on a tough day. I enjoy shopping here :
Clean and tidy and nice staff. Meal deals are decent and fish and meat counter was clean tidy and looked fresh. The reduced stuff is not really reduced by much if was be picky. But other then that 10/10
Plenty of parking at rear of shop including spsces for family parking and blue badge holders. Easy access.

Excellent staff at this Waitrose branch. During my 1st visit to familiarise with layout using my wheelchair; staff were pleasant, helpful & there's an upbeat positive vibe, no matter which area of the store you require. Thank you, greatly appreciated your staff.
Don't use much, a expensive for my budget.
I have been shopping here for a number of years. The Staff are always friendly and helpful, and some are like old friends. The range of products is very good, and I can usually get everything I need.
Always well stocked and sparkly clean. Picked up a bargain, gold top pint for 80p. Good produce.
Love this store but sadly cannot shop here for much anymore since I was diagnosed with gluten issues and have to eat Gluten free diet. This store has the worst choice of GF options in any store in the area. Gluten free people don’t live on bread and crackers… there is about 2 options in the frozen section to choose from. Also very limited healthy gf options, for example the Cauldron falafel brand they stock is not GF, yet Gosh band make falafels which are Gf and also delicious… whoever does the buying here doesn’t seem to have a clue about catering to GF diets. Plus many products that are naturally Gf such as packet lentils, unfortunately says on packet they are made in a factory containing gluten, so cannot eat those… why not source a different product. Come on Waitrose you are lagging behind!! Being GF is not a choice it makes certain people very ill, please make it easier for us!
