I was not able to find a vegetarian quiche. Not a big deal. But I asked a Tesco employee, as I was curious as to where it would be. He went out of his way to help me. We could not find it. I gave up. He didn’t. He went on to find me in the store, when he had found them…Newly moved. Which is also fine. I am writing, as I appreciated his persistence and his genuine kindness. Thank you.

Just shopped at local main Tesco in gosport Just lost a customer as don't except cash anymore. As a valid customer using express daily with no issues, cash is still part of a lot of people's income. Very disappointed
Tesco.. It's a tesco.. Good selection of groceries, helpful staff. Has scan and shop as well as tills with actual cashiers ! Large enough car park, offers click and collect via the app or online. No clothes but a good amount of household bits, including electrical items.

I would like to thank a gentleman called Tayler I think. I needed a particular product but you only had 3 in store and I needed more. He advised me when the next delivery is and which stores have it in stock. Thanks to him I got more stock in Portsmouth.
me and my dad went there so many times over our lives and was good but about 4 months ago they accused him of shoplifting and and 2 months after accused me because first i went to look at price of bread, i was tired and i had my phone in my pocket there was a women who made a scene with no evidence of me doing it and refused to apologised till i demanded 1.
I love shopping here. Nice wide aisles, excellent COVID safety. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The stocks are very good and the range of products is pretty much spot on for my needs. My only gripe is that they have changed the self service tills from all 6 being either cash or card to 3 cash or card and 3 card only. Almost every time I visit, there is a queue waiting to use cash and almost always at least one card only till free. Please revert back to how it was. There is no benefit to having card only tills in my opinion. There is plenty of free parking available here and the spaces are well laid out. There's even a car washing franchise which is really good. Leave your car, do your shopping and your car is all shiny waiting for you... Perfect for those busy times. Addition... I can see nobody cares about the cash only self service tills as no improvements have been made, in fact it's now even worse every time I go in lately there is one of the cash and card tills marked as card only. My local ASDA has loads to self service cash tills, so I may start shopping back there again unless someone at Tesco takes notice.
I think the manager of this store might need some more training, on a number of occasions I have watched manager Nigel speak to his team, absolutely horrid feeling seeing a manager speak to staff in such a degrading manner. Must be soul destroying to work for this man, have some respect.
This place used to be a 4 star store but since the introduction of the new security gates they are two star at best. It's so difficult to get to the newspapers with a wheelchair and when the security alarm goes off every 10 minutes because someone is trying to exit it makes for an uncomfortable experience to someone with anxiety and frequent panic attacks! The alarm will also trigger if you have a scan as you shop handset before you even start shopping!
