A traditional dining experience in this village pub. Went for Sunday lunch with friends and had a delicious meal. Attentive silver service, almost like stepping back in time. Food was excellent if a little safe. Carving the beef at the table was a piece of theatre as was the amazing sweet trolley! We thought it was excellent value for money.

Excellent and attentive service in the bar lunch areas. A good step up from the regular good pubs for food choice and quality. We will be going again.

The Wagon Wheel is a nice quaint little pub restraunt. The furnishing looks very dated but the staff are friendly. They have a good selection of drinks and prices are not excessive. The food is reasonable but not outstanding and somewhat expensive. I've been here a few times and apart from Christmas it has always been quiet.
