This place has gone down hill. I have ordered from them for few years and always had ok food but lately it’s not been 50/50 Tonight I ordered food and it never showed!!!! Couldn’t get through on the phone to them. And I paid online to there website. If something happened at least contact your customers or actually answer your phones. But no answer and no delivery I find is unacceptable and I will be contacting them for my money back.

Ordered 28 pounds worth of food and it did not even get delivered! I accept that problems happen but not even a call or message to let us know that we will not be getting our food so we could order from somewhere else!

We have been purchasing food from our beloved Su' San for 3 years now, and we will not stop. Never disappointed, great cost, great food! However, please note we would like you to open at lunch times on the weekend please and stay open later because post night out chinese would be swell
