Plumbforce Direct - Do not give this company any money. Their customer service is a joke. I paid them £650 to fix a leak which I discovered the next day was not fixed .. but when you call them to let them know that there is still a problem i told them its an emergency because my floor was flooded they tell you "sure we will have someone call you." I called them every hour after this and they said the same thing without anything happening. They should feel ashamed of themselves since they are clearly scamming their customers and must have an internal policy to prevent having to give refunds. crooks.
W1 Office provide a great cost effective service to our business. The answering service is quick and reliable, we very rarely have any problems with message forwarding. All our new staff members are added promptly enabling them to be up and running with our phone line very quickly. The mail forwarding service is also very reliable. We would recommend W1 Office to any small business.
They have been the speediest and most efficient mail forwarding provider I have used in central london. I haven't had any problems with my account so far, and when I have spoken to the office staff to make payment they have been polite and friendly. My business benefits from the Central London address, and no other provider in the locality has been able to get my business mail to my home address so cost effectively.
I've found the service fine and when I signed up the rates were competitive. I feel it'd be better value for me if I got more post but most of my business is done via email. Not their fault!! My only comment is that when I signed up they said they'd try to uphold the illusion that I was based there if someone popped in with a letter but when my partner dropped in as he was passing he really didn't get that impression!
I suspect most of the review you are reading here are bogus. Why? Because I used W1 for years and never needed support. But when I finally did I was treated rudely, given misinformation and the girl actually put the phone down and started talking to her coworker about me, with me still on the line listening to every word she said!! and finally I was hung up on. When I called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager was given excuse after excuse. When I finally got one he denied the incident in question ever happened and then tried to blame me for it, first saying i mis-interpreted events and then saying "I am sure it didn 't happen that way at all" and finally blatantly blaming me for it. Needless to say I canceled my service and moved to another provider. # months later they are still billing me, taking money from my credit card and when I try to contact them about it the just hang up.I finally had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. These people are rude, they don't care about you as a customer and will keep billing you even after you cancel the service. Use at your own risk and only if you don't mind canceling your credit cards.
DK Architects - W1 office offer a very affordable way for our practice to have a London based address. The service provided is very professional and the mail forwarding is very swift. I would highly recommend W1 office for anyone looking to establish a London presence for their business.
Beware - Not to be trusted. A bad experience ! I agree with the previous comment made that most reviews here are bogus ! Shabby looking premises both from the oustide and inside. They never kept appointments and did not communicate at all to cancel appointments. A virtual waste of office space and time ! My advice is to avoid this company and look for a professional company that communicates effectively.
Very poor customer service. I had an issue with my account where nobody seemed to be willing to help me. The account manager had to speak with her manager, the manager had to speak to the account manager, basically I was only giving excuses, and every time they promised to get back to me, they didnt, not after a MONTH!!!! I kept contacting them where the call centre guys were quite rude, saying they couldnt find my details and that they are not able to put me through to a manager even though I was their customer for more than a year! I started an online business, and thought that they will be a good partner, but after this bad experience I would definately not recommend their service to anyone. By the way my issue is still not solved and I am stuck between their excuses. They created a very bad image and I will find another company as soon as my case is closed. Avoid!
One of the best value Office Rental Services out there. I say best value because not only are they one of the cheapest out there, but their service is second to none. You can't go far wrong with W1 Office.
