Really good meat, a bit pricey, but the customer service is beyond terrible. Absolutely awful attitude and don’t expect any advice on what you’re ordering if you ask for it. Probably why he was wearing an ankle tag when he served me.

Great quality meat which is well worth the extra cost compared to the supermarket. I'm really surprised to see reviews below about poor customer service...the bloke who served us was great and we had a good little chat. 100% that I will return.

Terrible attitude and service. Bearly even acknowledged me as a customer. Spoke condisendingly when I asked any questions. They need to sort out their customer service skills in this place.

Top quality selection of meat. Always a huge variety.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I left a bag behind and went back five minutes later to pick it up. Was accused of trying to scam them. Two minutes later they realised it was their fault and the bag was till on their side. They literally threw the bag at me without a word or apology.

Can't rate Frosts high enough. Always very friendly and great quality

I have become a regular at these butchers. Their quality of meat and knowledge is outstanding. Friendly staff always greet and are up for a chat.
