Middleton Meat Centre

My pregnant wife was in the queue this morning at the post office and an employee from Middleton Meat Centre jumped the entire queue elderly people included and when confronted didn’t give a toss - he skipped the queue anyway, utterly pathetic if you’re from Middleton you’ll know how long you need to wait in that queue and it’s long especially for pregnant and elderly people. We spend a lot of money here, and never had complaints about the product just to be clear but not one more penny will be spent here. Lesson: don’t be a c**t with your uniform on; manners cost nothing.

Really good place to go in Middleton shopping centre. Fresh cutlets of fine sirloin/rump steaks, lamb, chicken, pork and all the other essentials that you need from your local butchers. You can buy different kind of meat hampers, with a wide range of fine meats available including sausages, bacon, eggs etc. The hampers are different prices dependent on how much you want. This place is truly a bargain and it’s also keeping the local community business’s custom good, instead of going to places like Asda and Tesco where the majority of the meat is frozen and if it is fresh it’s quality doesn’t compare to Middleton’s meat market, where the staff are always friendly and the place is very clean and hygienic. Definitely recommend.

Bought some Black Pudding Beef Burgers for £1.50 ea. These were outstanding Quality and very flavoursome. I will add photos next time.

The hours are wrong on here, I turned up at 4.30 and they were closed. But from when I've had stuff from here before, it's been well priced with a good selection of meats available.

Great butchers, reasonably priced, great selection. Highly recommend especially the black pudding beef burgers....
