A few months ago I took a watch to W F Miles to have a new battery fitted.  (They charge less than anybody else in the precinct) and guess what ? there was nothing wrong with the battery - the owner tested the battery - nothing wrong with it, gave it a shake and it has been going ever since AND he never charged. I feel most shops would have charged for a new battery? Since then I have recommended the shop to everyone I can and have taken repairs to them.

I have bought jewellery and watches from Miles & Sons for my wife, and she for me, for many years. We love going back to see their hand picked range that you don't find elsewhere. It's a family run business with a goldsmith and a watch & clock repairer in house and that makes all the difference. It gives an individuality and service that you don't get with the multiples. I will always buy my jewellery and watches from this shop.

I went to this jewellers yesterday asking about diamond studs and the owner was very helpful and gracious. I would certainly consider buying them from him as he was nice and the ones I liked I have not seen anywhere else which is what I want. Would certainly recommend this store to others.
