Mortons resized a ring for me and did an excellent job. The ring was very delicate and had to go down 5 sizes so they couldn't guarantee if would work, but it did and the ring looks fabulous, I'm very happy with it. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The price was much better than I was expecting too! Would definitely recommend and will be back with any future jewellery needs.
Very lovely jewellers. Had my wedding ring made 2 sizes bigger and went to collect it and looked brand new as had the white gold recoated. What I like is repairs are done on site and not sent away. Also sold a few bits of jewellery which helped to put towards something I bought in there. Nice and friendly place.
I took a solid silver key ring, chain and charm bought from Links of London ring in for soldering repair. I was referred to and told by the manager that there was no hallmark and that with the weight it is hollow and would be unable to solder as it would melt. I was embarrassed. Anyway, I took it next day to a jeweller in Bournemouth who repaired the broken eye on the fob, polished it all up and returned it within 2 hrs. Their goldsmith showed me the Links hallmark that was on the solid silver key ring and also said that the fob was solid silver and a nice piece hence easy to repair and at a very reasonable price.
After having no luck with three other jeweller’s, the team at Morton’s couldn’t have been more helpful! My Nans ring required resizing and resetting so I could have it as my wedding band and the goldsmith inside the shop absolutely nailed it…I couldn’t be more happy with the speed, the service and the result. One VERY happy customer. Thank you so much to the team for working on this very special ring for me, means the world!! Highly recommend.

Visited Mortons Jewellers on 30th April with my partner in order to purchase a ring for my birthday. The gentleman that helped was knowledgeable and personable. There was a large selection of rings to choose from at different price points, I didn't feel pressured into picking a more expensive option and have ample time to make a decision. Overall, I highly recommend.
I needed to get a special 18th birthday present. We went to Morton's Jewellers where we were met with the most friendly, helpful staff. I briefed them on the type of necklace I was looking for; type of stone, gold, antique - I was stunned by the fact they had the exact necklace in mind. I bought it immediately - it was perfect. The 18 year old that received the gift hasn't stopped wearing it. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. 10 out of 10 for me!
We came to look for a graduation ring for my mum who has studied for 7 years & wanted a memory. We've spent hours looking through various jewelers in several different locations & found the perfect ring a bit out of our price range!. Jonathan was attentive the two times we came in, even though the second time they were in the middle of closing! He advised us on resizing & allowed us to try multiple different options. Jonathan even gave us a discount off of the ring as he advised against resizing, and told us other jewelers can resize for us we aren't local but they would charge more, so he took some money off the total. tldr: fantastic jeweler, felt very looked after & encouraged to take our time on choosing the perfect ring!

We had been searching the Jewellery shops for Rings and just happened to call into Morton’s as we were passing, immediately we were very impressed with the friendliness and the approach of the very knowledgeable staff, they took time to show us their stock and explained the different colours, clarity & cuts of the Diamonds without any pressure to buy, we agreed a purchase and they advised that the rings would be back from sizing just 5 days later, the whole experience with them was a joy, really good service from an independent jeweller.
