They have done it up since I last went, really good presentation very clean too. Only annoying thing is the partial automation of the trip, takes some of the magic away. What is the point of having five touchscreens downstairs by the door and then all of the staff upstairs? Surely you want the staff to be where the customers are? Plus it’s cold and unwelcoming there, and you can’t see the small sizes of the food and drink for sale, or what is available, so you can order things and they not be available when you get upstairs, just all seems silly. I ended up buying nothing because I couldn’t get what I wanted and didn’t want to have to go down two escalators to order again.nnHowever very comfy in the cinema, all reclining chairs, great space, sound, everything. Brilliant design.
Lovely seats, we frequently visit the cinema as it’s accessible with car and free parking. Even on weekends parking seems a problem near cinema, it’s plenty of parking spaces a bit far from cinema. It has many fast-food/restaurants around what’s makes a lovely day out with kids. Recliner seats are lovely no matter where you’re seating. The prices are affordable compared with different cinemas food and popcorn with drinks are a bit pricey compared with seats £8.99-10.99. Overall a nice day out with kids- I know the ordering food is downstairs paid with card to the machine or cash to the customer service once’s you ordered downstairs.
We had a lovely time at the cinema. Nice spacious surroundings with reclining seats. It had a real homely feeling about it. I enjoyed watching The Mermaid so much, I went back the following week to watch Barbie
Screen had a blue square throughout entire movie which meant we could see very little detail within the square. Noted the issue immediately with staff but nothing was done. We spoke to other patrons and they also noted the issue - nothing was done. I also contacted corporate via their website to let them know / seek a refund for our group. No response.
