The staff at the counter were nice, and ladies toilets were surprisingly cleaner than I thought- that's about it. The screen for my showing was dirty, food on the seats we had to clean off. Seats are not that great, just seems like a run down cinema, escalators are a hit and miss. And parking I found so difficult, nothing by the complex. We had to park at one which is a 5 min walk away, not secured and £10 for 3 hours??
Nice to catch films that you like to see at last minute but seemed quite unsure of the procedure it is when things are sold out or not available. But quick response
Can feel a bit empty during the daytime, but has a variety of screens on different levels which are all well-kept and clean. Good variety of food and drink but pricey as with most cinemas. Nice experience.
This is always my preferred cinema due to its very convenient location in the centre of Croydon near a tram stop. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The cinema is always clean, the screens are a good size, and it never gets busy so it's more relaxing than most cinemas. The escalators do need to get fixed though. I really don't understand why more people don't use this cinema, it would be a great loss to Croydon town centre if it wasn't there.
Went to watch Wonka, great film! The escalators on all floors were working for once hence the updated review. Could do with more than 2 people on the tills when there's about 8 people queuing etc. Seats were clean and we sat in vip so they were comfy enough
All seats are nice and comfy! ViP ones are the best.
Very good place with lots to do. It has a cinema. It can be confusing to get to from the nearby car park as it is over 2 footbridges. It has good transport routes nearby though.
Happy that they are doing a snack box now,£3.99,popcorn, drink & chocolate bar ,but seems like they didn't do a stock take ,so had to give me alternative snack,
5 stars as it's always nearly empty :. If you want an entire cinema to yourself then this is it.
Visited here previously. Great selection of screens. Clean and modern.
