Went to see the Wild Robot on Monday and the place was spotless, and the man who served us, Seamus, was cheery, helpful and honestly just the absolute picture of customer service. If he’s not in line for a promotion you’re doing something wrong.nCheers for the pleasant experience Seamus
Good experience, but there is still room for improvement in sound quality. As you know, these days, most movies are made using Dolby Atmos technology. However, I don't think you can experience that in this movie theatre. The customer service is great, and overall, the theatre is clean, including the washrooms.
First time being back in a cinema since Covid so wasn't sure what to expect. It was in the afternoon so wasn't too busy at all on our visit. Good film as to be expected and nothing to complain about there. The only hang up I would say is that they could do with cleaning the screens in between films. My VIP seat was covered in crumbs and there was food everywhere which got stuck to my shoes, clothes etc
Inadequate pricing signage, no easy to see pricing unless combo meal, ended up paying 50 quid for very little, could have fed whole family... plus only had one got dog ready, I mean if you can't even prep hotdogs in a timely fashion...
We visited this location on holiday so that we could catch the Venom opening. We were amazed at the £4.99 cost for any film trumpeted across the website, frontage of the building and even when we walked through the door. Compared to London it's a bargain, but a little misleading since there is a surcharge for online bookings, and not booking online seems to mean you won't get a seat since we saw several people turned away. And the queues were huge. The place is seriously understaffed or unable to handle big opening movies, because we came on a Wednesday night. There were piles of stuff all over the place, rubbish bags from theatres, pallets and all manner of detritus that no one could even find time to handle properly. The cinema experience was okay, with a good clear picture and loud sound. The only bad thing is that the system doesn't seem able to handle it, and there is a lot of rattling.
