An amazing studio with such lovely people! I got a brilliant hip tattoo from Lauren. She listened to any adaptations I wanted on the day and worked with me to achieve a design that I loved. Very clean studio, you can tell that they really care about their work space. Everyone works to ensure that you are comfortable and happy with your tattoo and experience. Professional in every way possible. The guy on reception with the glasses is a legend, helped me with getting a slot that suited my schedule. Also helped me get the perfect sizing for my finger tattoos. Great customer service and my artist Denise was a pleasure to sit with, kind, friendly, gentle. I’ve gotten 2 tattoos at this place they are so good that I traveled 2 hours from university each time. such a welcoming environment especially since it was my first time getting a tattoo the artist really put me at easy and I loved the end results, they really listen to what you want while also suggesting little improvements which I appreciated. They took great care while getting my tattoo and while explaining after care. These guys will always be my go to place to get my future tattoos definitely recommend.Service:&nbsp;Tattoos

I was so impressed with the customer service as soon as I entered the Shirley branch. From the minute you enter the door you're greeted with a smile and offered a tea or a coffee by the lovely Kyle. Warren, who was my artist for the day was so friendly and great at calming any nerves I had even though this wasn't my first tattoo. I would definitely love to visit again, I was really worried that it was going to be a really awkward experience as other tattoo parlours I've visited haven't spoken during my visits and made the experience awful for me but Kyle, Warren and the whole team at Vivid were just so easy to talk to and made my whole experience really enjoyable. You can tell that every single person loves what they do and it is such a joy to see, the guys in the Shirley branch definitely do not disappoint. I was getting my snakebites done here not too long ago and my piercer was Jodie, super friendly and welcoming along with all the other artist. Jodie gave me some time to prepare for my piercings as it was my first time having lip piercings and she made me much more comfortable than I have ever been at any other studio. Hygiene is a 10/10 too

I had an absolutely awesome experience at Vivid Ink this Tuesday.  I got 3 tattoos done by Charley who has done all 7 of mine, one on my ribs, one on my achilles, and one on my forearm.  Every tattoo came out incredible, with awesome levels of detail, sharp lines and pointy corners. Everything according to what i asked for.  I think what made the biggest difference was the fact i was uncertain about the sizing and placement of some of my tattoos, which Charley was extremely patient for.  Huge credit to the team the whole way through. I shall definitely be back :

Normally would've dropped down to the Hagley Road location since it's closer and had a good experience there, but that experience was replicated here too. Haven't been pierced since I was kid with my ears so I was super paranoid about cleanliness etc for where I went, and considering my tattoo was done previously at a Vivid Ink location I knew what to expect. Also Jodie was brilliant and knew how to handle a squirming grown man with needles stuck through his face fairly well, alongside extremely friendly receptionists. The lack of snobbery at any Vivid Ink location is honestly great, and this one is no different. Thanks to all the staff for keeping up the good experience!

Had a piercing done by Jodie, overall fab process and clean, comforting environment. The studio was clean, receptionist friendly and I felt comfortable and at ease by the team. Whether it's a tattoo or another piercing I will happy use Jodie and or Vivid Ink.  Thanks guys

Best tattoo artist ever Clayton. Very concentrated and detailed. Fantastic experience with him. And the result is amazing as well.
