Been seeing Lee @ Realign for a few years now. I suffer from sometimes chronic back pain but since I've been having treatment, it's become far more manageable with my own input of exercise and tips from Lee. I always feel great after treatment and he's very reassuring and knowledgeable. I'd give 10 stars if there was an option.
Really great. Had a knee issue that was affecting my cycling and probably would've have stopped me from achieving a goal that I really wanted to conquer. I've seen Chloe now a few times and she has managed to keep me on the bike and the first goal is now complete. I've had very detailed rehab plans from her which have made doing the exercises easy to understand and follow. Highly recommended.
Knowledgeable friendly staff focused on getting you back to full strength A.S.A.P. and to keeping you there. My husband and I both see Chloe who has provided us with detailed rehabilitation plans. The assessment process was extremely thorough. Chloe is as strong as an Ox. I might even manage more running now my weaknesses are being addressed.
I’ve been a regular client of Realign for many years. I’ve always found the service and quality of care to be of the highest quality. Would thoroughly recommend for any sporting injury care or regular maintenance physiotherapy. An easy 5 stars.
Struggled with pain and knots in my shoulders and back for years due to a combination of illness, gym work and sitting at a desk. Been seeing Jake for the last 6 months or so and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Great deep tissue massage and trigger point release whenever I need it and a fantastic lad on top of that as well as very knowledgeable about his job. I also recommended my brother here as well who sees Alice and has nothing but good things to say about her and her treatment.
I came here for the first time last week after googling physiotherapists in preston. My appointment was with Chloe. She listened to the issues I was having and told me what she was going to do based on that. I was given a sports massage for sciatica which was amazing and I felt improvement straight away. I booked in for a week later and I feel really positive that after a few more sessions I will be on my way to being back to normal and able to train properly again. Chloe is very positive and knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who is considering sports therapy for injury or muscle problems!
I text Lee to see if he had any appointments knowing how busy he is which he didn’t. However he checked to see if any of the other therapists were available and I was offered a choice of 2 times the same day. Chloe was absolutely brilliant. A very warm and caring approach and she explained things really well, even showed me on a diagram. Yes the massage hurt but it was expected. Chloe was very friendly and encouraged me to relax and breathe. She even did a ‘visualisation’ with me to distract me from the pain think of a massage by the sea on the beach. I left feeling much better and I’ve booked to go back in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Chloe.
I went to see Lee for help with improving shoulder mobility after an accident, & have been really impressed - even after just the first treatment! I felt comfortable & relaxed with Lee as soon I went into the clinic. He really took the time to assess & understand the treatment I would need, & then explain what he would be doing at all stages so there’s never any uncertainty or need to wonder what’s going on. I always feel safe in Lee’s hands. He explains what he’s doing & why, which is very reassuring, but I also always feel like he’s using just enough pressure to make the treatment effective. Lee’s other testimonials speak for themselves in terms of his professionalism & results. But it’s also the extra little things he does that make the difference, e.g. after my first treatment he emailed through some exercise diagrams - which he’d even taken the time to put my name on! I am very impressed with Lee, & would have no hesitation at all in passing on the recommendation to anyone, as he has made a massive difference to me. Thank you Lee!
I have been going here for more than 2 years and can't say enough good things about it. The staff are so welcoming you feel instantly at ease. I have multiple aches and pains because I have a condition and they never fail to alleviate my symptoms. i can't recommend them enough!
My partner has suffered from the same back problem for years and went to see Ollie, who was extremely knowledgeable. Was very pleased with his treatment, first person who has managed to help his back, after years of seeing various Osteopaths/Chiropractors and attending group Physio sessions through the Doctor. We were about to give up, until a neighbour recommended this place! Totally different approach, which has really improved his problem.
