Paul is a friendly knowledgeable physiotherapist. His treatments have always improved my injuries. His follow up exercise tips available on line too have taught me how to strengthen weak areas. No hesitation recommending Paul.
I visited Paul as I had a painful hip whilst running. I needed advice as I was new to running and worried that I might be making it worse. He listened to all my concerns, history of my ankle/hip issues, assessed my movement and range and gave me some exercises to build strength. Paul was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and after 2 visits my hip is far more comfortable and is no longer holding me back whilst out running. I thoroughly recommend you book in with Paul for advice and treatment.
After being mis-diagnosed by doctors for 18 months, I managed to get referred to Paul Sanderson at Buckshaw Village Surgery. I had what I can only describe as a dull ache and tightness in my right kidney area of my lower back for ages. After numerous scans and medication, I was eventually referred when I called the doctors again as I was still suffering. Within minutes of meeting Paul, he seemed to know instantly what the issue was and that became even more apparent when he applied pressure further up the muscle alongside my spine. This made the pain in my kidney area ache even more. Needless to say, I book in for treatment with Paul and after a 45 min session, the pain had gone! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul as a physio. He is friendly but professional and I for one won't be going anywhere else when I need physiotherapy in future. Highly recommended guys
