This place looks like a dive from the outside but is really nice when you go In. Rooms are spacious  comfortable and clean. Food is really good. Big potions. Lounge are and bar are really nice ,well maintained and comfortable they had entertainment on Saturday. Staff are friendly. The room keepers only put 1 toilet roll in the room for a 2 day stay so had to go looking for more on the check out day. The did say if I'd called they would have brought it to my room this was at 5am. But house keeping should have made sure enough was available as checked in Friday at 12. Went looking Sunday.

Paid £175 per night which was a rip off.  Very worn out hotel. Needs a complete refurbishment. 
Grubby carpet , pieces of chewing gum trod in , which was still there the following day. 
Very disappointed on arrival with  overall appearance. 
Staff were pleasant 
Breakfast ok.
Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel .
Will not be returning even if watching Rugby in Llanelli.

Really nice stay here. The bar/reception area is great, and the room was nice and clean (great shower)! I didn't like the breakfast but my partner loved it. Would stay here again!
