Worst firm I have ever used. Two hour trip from Portsmouth took nearly 4 hours. Grubby coach that had damp seats, smelt musty and had the worst toilet I have ever seen. It was blocked up, full of dirty paper, and stank to high heaven as it obviously hadn't been cleaned for days. There was no paper or hand washing facilities either. I asked the driver Barry why the seats felt damp and he said it was an old coach built badly in Spain so it leaked when it rained. During the trip which left half an hour late, an elderly lady fell in the aisle after the bus lurched for some reason. The driver ignored her and left it to the other passengers to pick her up and check her. As we were sat at the back of the bus the smell from the toilet and the damp seats on the over long journey put us off returning. When we finally arrived at our destination at 12.20pm Weymouth the driver told everyone to be back by 4.30pm. As they had endured a long journey to have a short trip, people were not happy. We told the driver we were getting the train back which we did and he was really rude telling us 'to go and do that then'. We shall never use this company and its tatty buses again.
Hired a coach for a club outing, it arrived late, was damp, cold and smelt musty. Finally left Portchester 30 minutes late due to the fact the driver, despite 3 requests from me to set off, did not seem to want to go anywhere. He failed to give any safety talk and on arrival at Bournemouth did not know the drop off point so we were treated to twice round the town before one of our members came to his aid and directed him. Having written a letter of complaint, I felt it was a complete waste of time as the issues that I raised were not addressed properly in their reply. Will not be using them again.
I organised a coach trip to London on 26/04/17 to see les miserable , the whole trip was a great success , the show was great , the coach company were great, they phoned a week before the trip to confirm times and pick up point , the coach was early and waiting for us ,the coach driver named John was brilliant and the coach was adequate not luxurious but for the money they charge it was great ! People are very quick to leave a review to "warn" people and moan so I thought I would leave a review of our good experience with Vision Travel . Thank you very much Vision Travel and John the driver
Appalling. Avoid , avoid , avoid. One star because Google do not allow no star reviews. Clapped out old coach with the heating stuck on full throughout a four hour journey. This should have been the highlight of our year and was the journey from hell, delivered by the driver from hell. Our rude, surly, obnoxious driver ignored every request to stop and pay attention to our party of fifty many of whom felt sick and were suffering distress caused by the hetaing being on full throughout. No windows, no air con and one useless roof vent. When challenged at the end of our journey, the driver openly admitted that he didnt care. He also got lost en route and had to be talked in by two of our team. Despite paying £ 25.00 for the round trip, i refused to endure the return journey and hitched a ride home in a tow vehicle. I am absolutely stunned by the thought of our driver regularly working with the public. A horrendous experience which fifty very excited and happy people were expecting to be the beginning of the highlight of theire sporting calendar. Nightmare.
A** Excellent!!! Highly Recommended!!! Me and my partner visited Camden lock with vision travel yesterday and I have to say what a lovely experience!! The coach was comfortable and the gentleman really lovely too! I highly recommend using vision travel! We will without any doubt be using vision again!!
Dear google reviewers: You get what you pay for when you hire a Coach at a competitive price and rate. If you approach a car dealer with £400 in your pocket don't expect the dealer to show you to a Rolls Royce. The more you undercut the less you'll get its as simple as that. Unless you are willing to pay the prices to hire corporate hospitality you are not going to get it. If you want a better experience of a day out or a trip then pay a little more for corporate or luxury coach hire.
Absolutely awful coach, smelt and couldn't see out of the windows but apparently vision say thats okay because they don't advertise as luxury travel. Good job too!!!! Go with someone else.
Muslim driver stopped the bus in a dangerous way with children on board to pray! This is outrageous, he should be sacked on the spot!
Someone stops a bus to pray this is appalling I hope this travel company deal with this correctly morally and not politically
Coach driver endagered children and teachers to stop and pray on an extremely busy duel carriage way.
