Excellent hub. Efficient service and very friendly staff. Perfect position. Easy access. Toilets.
Big open space with lots of seating and the travel shop in the centre of the building was the staff was really helpful. I was looking for wear to catch the hover bus from and they directed me clearly wear I needed to go. It's great to have it located right next to the entrance of Portsmouth harbor train station so when visiting and not sure what bus to get or wear from its great to have this place available also for national express travel to.
Caught a connection from here , really nice design now , massive improvement on the old hub. Exactly what Visitors to Portsmouth should see & excellent access to gun wharf
Great shopping experience, terrific savings! Good car parking with easy access to shops, but rather pricey! Best time to visit is during the week.
Lovely bus station as far as bus stations go. Timetables are well displayed and easy to read. Staff available and are very helpful if needed.
Excellent service by National Express all over England
Just like a bus station should be. Excellent, bus train and ferry information and all undercover. There are toilets at well! Just like bus stations in the north of England.
people smoke so close to the door and it mostly drivers and they dont leave on time blaming the toilets is the problem yet I seen them smoking and chit chatting and still leave 5 to 10 mins late seems the hard is the worst thing happen allowing staff to slake off
Clean, modern and well maintained. Minimal facilities but enough near by that you don't need too much there.
There have been some big improvements at the Travel Store and the "travel hub" with live travel information and Sky and BBC News on the screens with snack and toilet facilities.
