really helpful cruise specialist. Spent any hour refining what we wanted on a cruise, booking details etc and even found that having cruised with a particular company before my mother was eligible for a good reduction on given price.  Very helpful staff and comfy environment to do the business in. Exceptionally pleased with our experience and booking.

The booking was done OK but still waiting for the cruise lines's invoice. They told me they had one on Friday morning and would send.  Now Sunday and email is not normally that slow.

Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Polite, patient and friendly staff that will always help you if they can and find out if they can't. Would highly recommend Vision Cruise for all your cruise needs.

Easily accessible in Waterloo by road and railway station 100yrds away. One to one if you pop in the staff will be helpful , customers forget this because Vision Cruise advertise a lot on freeview and online.
