Great place to visit, we've gone for years now with kids to look at fish. Bought tropical fish from here over many years, too 10+ yrs. Family business. Helpful, friendly staff happy to assist and advise on care. They won't just sell to make a sale; they check your tank water/environment, etc, for the welfare of the fish. If you go in wanting a certain number of fish n they think you'll overcrowd your tank, etc, they won't sell to you. They care about welfare, not sales. Lots of fish to choose from, stocks of tanks and accessories. Highly recommend is you're a fish keeper and care about your animals.
Went in today after having problems with my pond, explained what was happening and the owner gave me to solution straight away. Came home checked and he was right the uv light wasn’t working. Amazing service
We heard about this shop on social media, and decided to go and have a look. So glad we did, lovely shop and very helpful staff. They have a wide variety of Fish, that are really healthy and well looked after. The variety of aquariums and decorations was fantastic. So glad we know about this place, by far the best Aquatics Shops I've been too.
Great service! Stayed open late for me when I needed a tank heater urgently. Top service!! Will definitely be visiting again for a proper look round!
My son and his children love going here the staff are really friendly and alot of different varieties of fish to buy at the moment the shop is going through refurbishment but still open to public to see
Travelled from chesterfield nearly an hour. Got there and the place looked like a builders yard i walked round the shop part for around 10 mins looking for the fish room as there was noone in the shop. When i finally found the little door in the corner for fish room i went in and wish i hadnt. The tanks were filthy!! Nearly all the orandas and discus were covered in white spot clearly due to poor water quality. I will never go here again total waste of my time!!
Lots of dead fish in tanks. Dark and dinghy. We did get offered a hot drink when we went in only good thing.
Lovely shop, plenty of items to look through at various prices so no need to worry about breaking the bank. All the fish are kept well healthy. And the guys running the place and all staff know what theyre talking about.
Was not disappointed with our visit to Viscum today Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great selection of fish and the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely recommend!
Very helpful and had everything that I needed. Outside could do with a spruce up
