Best lounge ever, great way to spend a layover. There are nice showers and washrooms plus good. They also have a bar, pool table and a balcony with great views of the terminal. If this helped please do consider following my account!

Adequate space, food items were appropriately varied, but it's in the service provided where they seem to exceed. Did not feel as quiet or relaxing as other lounges. Not as updated as the Centurion in Atlanta or the AF lounge at CDG, but was fine.

Let me start of by saying, trying to fault the Virgin lounge at Heathrow London is impossible! I’ve been to a few lounges and this is by far the best! From being greeted by the entrance by smiling happy helpful people, to being greeted again by more happy people is a breathe of fresh air. Already a good vibe. It’s very spacious and had no problem finding a quiet spot to relax before our fight to Miami. The food is great, had a full English and wife had French toast. Service is 10 stars if I could. Our young gentleman was called Victor, what an outstanding young man, he is a shining light for virgin lounge, he made us feel so special and was attentive to all our needs . He was so polite and friendly. He made our 4 hours very memorable. We also had the pleasure of meeting his shift manager, she was lovely also. To be honest all the staff smiled and noticed you. Very clean and relaxing. Peaceful transition to our long flight ahead. Thanks Virgin lounge london Heathrow

After arriving at Heathrow from an early morning flight, the friend I was coming to meet received some sad news that his mom had been rushed into hospital.  It was a sad start to the day, but I cannot express how grateful I am to Paul on reception for making it just a little bit better with his generosity in the situation and a credit to a Virgin brand that I remember from years ago!  I hope this reaches him so he knows how much I appreciated how he handled my arrival at the lounge.  Wendy was also amazing in looking after us for breakfast and it made me miss being a loyal member of the airline.  Thank you both immensely!

Awesome after a long flight to have a nice shower and a great breakfast. Nice staff too!

Open until 12.30pm. Good place to chill out before heading off to London if there's no busy schedule for travellers. it's very refreshing to take a shower and enjoy some food after long haul flight.

After a night flight home from New York I was knackered.After arriving in the lounge I was greeted by name by the staff.The lounge was amazing and thr staff were fab!! Food drink showers all made me feel human again  And thr colour schemes were awesome too Thankyou so much

Great showers and breakfast. You can't fault anything here. We left revived, refreshed, and full as can be.

This is by far the best airport lounge I haver ever used and visited I am rethinking using current airline for future and switching permanently to Virginia

Wonderful, a bit bumpy at times but brilliant crew and food also comfortable.
