Clean, quiet, fast Wi-Fi, great service. Sanitizer dispensers throughout. Quality  and wife variety of food and a premium selection of beverages and liquor. Plenty of seating and work space.

Staff is pleasant. Located in terminal 2 upstairs. Loads of seating. The food selection is good for both breakfast and lunch - Very filling food. Bathrooms and seats are clean.

Located at terminal 2 in Heathrow airport. I had access to it before my flight to Greece. Nice lounge. And huge spaces than most lounges here.

Close to the short haul gates so very convenient. Food choices are decent and the Senator lounge is slightly less crowded. The views are not the best but at least there are windows and natural light, making it overall quite pleasant

Pales compared to the Frankfurt one. HQ vs not-HQ I guess. But amazing to just relax and enjoy a drink or some bites. Not overly busy when I was there.  And it is a separate room after you cross thru the business lounge. Haven't seen that before....

Same choice of food and drinks compared to Business Lounge. And a poor choice too I must say. It feels a bit disrespectful towards travelers to pretend offering a superior choice, but it is the same. And by the way no First class or HON lounge available. Overall, disappointed.

I use this lounge regularly. It’s almost identical to the Business lounge that you need to pass through to enter the Senator lounge, and is frequently busy. It isn’t large and there is No serviced bar, but the staff are pleasant and the limited food range is good.

Great Lounge. SA Gold Status needed. Brew Dog Punh IPA available

The food selection is ghastly, stale bread and chicken. Nobody is charging their phone, because... There are no USB plugs! Not very pleasant.
