Small but adequate lounge for virgin first class passengers. There is a selection of hot and cold drinks along with a few snack items. Charging points available for phones/laptops etc. WiFi also available. Nicer than waiting on the station concourse for your train
Hidden near ticket office, poor signage. It’s remotely manned, and hard to get in as you have to show your ticket to a camera. Inside is small but quiet & comfortable. Free tea, coffee , snacks. No toilet !
Not a bad lounge but no toilets. You have to use the public toilets which are 40p a visit. Don't mind the 40p, but downstairs no lift or escalator and turnstile with a case?
