I purchased my car from Vines Gatwick BMW couple of weeks ago. The process went amazingly smooth with Nathan an excellent representative who is very knowledgeable and polite. I have been a customer of Vines BMW for over 15 years, and I’ve always found them to be courteous, friendly and honest. My wife’s BMW F15 X5 was recalled to replace the exhaust gas recirculation valve and the drivers airbag. An appointment was swiftly and conveniently arranged. On the day a loan car the white one was ready for me at the time and when I collected the car, it had been cleaned both inside and out. My overall impression was one of 100% satisfaction.nnUpdatenAnother service on the X5 and another 5 out of 5 stars! The car was collected serviced and returned in immaculate condition. The bill was reasonable, and overall I am delighted.nnFurther updatenJust had another service carried out on my daughters 1 series and as usual all the staff were friendly, courteous and wholly professional.
Reception was excellent with your colleague helping me access your app and describing the benefits. Service was carried out in good time and car left in an accessible place.nI did request a quote for repairing the alloy wheels but, to date, I am still awaiting this!!! Hence the drop to 4 star
