Excellent service! The total experience of buying a new car via Mercedes-Benz of Gatwick was outstanding for me and my wife. The Sales Executive Justin Forrest carried out the whole process part exchange the old car and buying the new very professionally and with great care. He kept informing us of all the steps and updates. Every single steps and documentation handled with excellence. A big decision on my part as a pensioner but very happy with the service given. Follow up calls after the sale were much appreciated as well. Highly recommended.
Brilliant Experience purchasing our car from Gatwick Mercedes. This was the third time buying from the branch and the service was top as usual. We had the pleasure of dealing with Justin again who was faultless from start to finish getting our car ordered and delivered. Really appreciate the team that works there and they are a huge part of why we have come back time and time again.
I received a letter from Mercedes telling me I owed £12,900 and I could refinance with them on a 8.9 % interest rate,nI showed this to the Gatwick branch and said to them if they match it I will just do it through them,nThey agreed.nBut after I signed they gave me the paperwork witch stated I’m paying back £19,500 on a interest rate of 11.5%nThey also told me they would buy the car back off me and sell it to me again , this would include them going over the car to make sure there are no problems ,nThey can’t let a car on the road with problems,nI got the car back with a problem to the right hand front wheel,nAnd even tho I paid all payments to my first agreement they added my last payment that I had paid to my new agreement,nThey said I would receive my last payment back ,nI still havnt received this payment.nI would advise no one to use them.nAnd I’m totally disgusted how they treat their regular customers.
