Excellent service when fitting a washing machine for my Mum today and it's an excellent quality product.
Great helpful service, even on a call to another customer he explained that he couldn't help the customer but found a number for another that could help them, this honesty and helpfulness is just the business I want to keep using. My washer has been fixed quickly at a great price so there is no complaints here.
Nice local retailer but very expensive compared to main stream
Very good and spent time to provide just the product we needed. Price competitive we have used them for years. Service always personal.
Great service from this local supplier in Mirfield. I needed a new freezer to replace an old one, so while delivering a new washing machine he measured up the old one and ordered up a replacement. A few days later they delivered the replacement, installed it and disposed of the old one. I have used Vines Home Appliances for years now and have only ever had great service from them.
We deal with this company to service repair and sometimes replace appliances. They are efficient, polite and provide timely bills so we can fully endorse their service. Julie Wood Homesmart Estate Agents
