If i could give it no stars i would. Order was placed through Amazon prime, Order arrived half missing, called the company had a telephone conversation, was assured the item will be sent but still nothing. Trying to get a refund for missing item. Please stay well clear or use at your own peril.
Excellent quality products and prices Very nice staff
Awful experience with this company, terrible stock management and selling items they don't have on various platforms under various names, and continuing to do so even after becoming aware of the discrepancy. I'm now weeks behind with a project all because this place can't sort themselves out, avoid at all costs and spend the extra little to buy from a more professional outfit.
Excellent after sales customer service. They exchanged my wiper blades even though I had taken the wrong size initially. Danny and Lee were very polite and helpful at the counter
Dreadful company. Ordered a fortnight ago and still not arrived. They ignored my emails, eventually said that they were out of stock and offered me an alternative, but didn't say what it was. Promised 1st class delivery 5 days ago, then today acted as if they hadn't received my reply and still haven't sent item. I've asked for a refund but I refuse to phone a premium rate number to get my money back. Why do they advertise goods that are not in stock in the first place? Once they have your money they don't care about the order.

An absolute joke. Ordered good from them via their Amazon shop-front in February. - Nothing, so got a refund via Amazon customer services. Reordered the same items directly as I thought Amazon must have been at fault. - WRONG!!! - Still waiting on goods and had no response at all to my online queries with AP Car-Care. I now have a claim escalated through Paypal to get my money back. BEST AVOIDED,. - I'd have given these rip-off merchants zero stars if it would have let me!
