Wow what a wonderful shop with such friendly workers. Clare herself was super friendly and accommodating! It was the only shop I went in to try on wedding dresses and didn't need to look any further. I tried on 5 dresses and all of them I would say were 9/10, but one of them stood out the most (10/10)! Claire was so patient with me trying on all the dresses and got a tiara and a veil for me to try on with the dress too, making it more realistic because I wanted these on my wedding day. She was not pushy one bit! Such a lovely lady! :-)

Also the dress fitter there is such a lovely and professional lady (I believe her name was Alice- short blonde hair, but I am terrible with name... sorry!) She made my dress look amazing! She wanted to make sure it was perfect so had me in as many times as she thought was necessary to achieve this, which I really appreciated as she had so much pride and trusted her completely with the dress. She was only young and she'll go very far with her hard work and determination to please. It 100 percent worked on the day. Well done!

A Beautiful boutique bridal store situated just off the main road ( Huddersfield Road) on Knowl Road, Mirfield. 
The staff are warm, welcoming and make you feel at ease, from begging to end they aim to give you a great experience in the run up to your big day.
The dresses are in a league of their own they are stunningly beautiful, of a high quality and there are many styles for you to choose from. 
As well as sparkling Jewels, veils and other accessories they offer a wide range of bridesmaids dresses from Dessy the largest collection in North Yorkshire. 
If your getting married, or know someone who is I would highly recommend.

Very upset about the customer service from this shop. This is the first shop I went in trying to find a wedding dress, I didn’t know what I wanted and I tried two sale dresses on. I preferred one dress to the other, however I had doubts in the shop! Instead of being encouraged by the shop owner to try other dresses and styles on I was convinced to buy the dress that I had doubts about. I took the dress home and it hasn’t been touched since. Since I’ve realised that I made a bad choice and should of gone with my gut instinct. The owner has refused to let me exchange the dress or even try and sell it on for me at a cut price, or even have the seamstress look at alternating it for me! I understand that the final decision was made by me but I felt like I wasn’t given the proper advise and support I needed. If you are ensure what you want in a dress I advise you not to go to this shop for you first visit, please find somewhere that will give you the right guidance and not pressure you into buying something you don’t really want. Find a shop that actually wants to help its customers rather than just want money from you. Am now left with a unwanted dress and out of pocket a lot.....very sad about the whole situation

Took my junior bridesmaid in to try on dresses.  They have a huge selection, gave us loads of attention and time.  Will be back with my older bridesmaid.  Lovely customer service and great choice.

Lovely staff, helpful, friendly and devoted to helping me find the right gown. Time efficient in pulling dresses to ensure I got to try on as many as possible, accompanied with honest opinions and the voice experience. This direction  was much needed in an environment I've never been in before and when feeling overwhelmed with dresses! Beautiful and varied selection of dresses to choose from, would definitely recommend!
