I live in Milton Keynes and always have a great deal of trouble getting any assistance from the Milton Keynes service team. At the recommendation of Audi customer service, I tried the Bedford branch to help me with a problem. The service department were so helpful assisting me from start to finish. Tracey couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful in arranging to help me. I have no doubt that I will be back to this audi for future service needs, despite being closer to the MK one, due to the brilliant customer service and experience.
