Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for a car purchase. The dedication and help you receive is phenomenal throughout the whole process from start to finish. I have had Jordan as my car salesman for over two years now and he never fails to disappoint. Jordan has made the decision to change cars so much easier because he was so helpful, always providing a listening ear, going over things until I understood, but most of all just being himself which puts you at ease when making a big decision like changing your car. From first contact by email and phone with the Hayley Jacobs at Sales we were treated with respect, warm and a cheerful attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable with taking our next step to visit the Showroom in Bedford.nWe arrived one hour early to our appointment and obviously Hayley was very busy dealing with various clients. Regardless, she found the time to personally welcome us and made certain someone was available to take us out for a test drive in the vehicle we were interested.nFollowing that she spent considerable time explaining all the financial and insurance options open to us prior to concluding a cash purchase on our part. We were kept informed at all time and felt comfortable we were dealing with a professional and experienced sales staff.nFurther, Hayley diligently followed up with her after delivery service which enhanced our experience.nOverall, we found Hayley and all other staff in Sales from driver to managers very helpful indeed and specifically the young man who took us out on the test drive, and Brian, the nice driver who delivered the car to our residence in Surrey.
It's consistently delightful to interact with Hayley over at Bedford Mercedes. She certainly deserves recognition for her exceptional service. Originally went in for a service, but ended up leaving with a brand new car. Her sales skills are truly remarkable; she could persuade anyone to buy anything, even snow to Eskimos.
