Great no pressure experience when purchasing mine and my partners new vehicles, seeing as we were only taking a car in for a service and came out with 2 cars.nEmma and the team were fantastic explaining everything in detail and the whole process was efficient and completed quickly. On the day of collection the cars were under covers in the showroom and we drove away happy!
We went in on the off chance to have a look last week, spoke to James on Saturday then Jacob on Sunday. Very knowledgeable and knew their stuff, had a test drive there was no pressure for a sale. We ended up coming away with a part exchange, good price offered for ours and extras on the new car. Thank you very much and would highly recommend Evans Halshaw Bedford. If you like cats they have a great visitor.nWould use again in the future.
I have tried to call them every day for nearly a week, with no response. I have a van which is completely broken down, and the best they can do is see the van in 2 to 3 weeks. I had to cancel and rebook my last appointment, and despite confirming the appointment was cancelled, they still called me on the day to ask where I was. The only contact I have is through their online portal, which is usually broken. And when the message does go through, the person replying does not even read the messages.nnI do not know who is responsible for running this business, but this is absolutely shocking. I will not buy another Ford van, just because this is the dealer that I will have to deal with in the future.
David Booth - great guy gave some sound advice. I hate car shopping but there was no pressure, and it was a stress free experience. Will definitely come back next time. When I got home I noticed that the car even has an almost full petrol tank! Genuinely so happy with the service I received today. I know I said it earlier but David - Thank you… you don’t know how much I appreciated you today. I will recommend you to anyone that asks.
Actually, refreshingly 'chilled out' for a used car dealership. So, I purchased a Kuga, arrived late in the day after arranging a viewing. Arrived, salesperson Jacob had gotten the car prepped and very relaxed about letting me look around and no, prying eyes as I did so.nnAll went well, so went on to buy the car. No pressure, no additional sales pitches, no...hassle which I've had plenty of times in the past.nnJacob stayed and sorted the paperwork now pretty late and they were closing soon and again, no pressure. All in all, a very, VERY Positive experience and I would highly recommend the used car side of this dealership. Ask for Jacob!
