First of all, all the staff are are extremely friendly and welcoming apart from one moody one. She can be great or NOT depending on a number of factors. In the main she's pretty great too. I've never used Starbucks so can't comment. The bar is very busy if the football is on. It does boast a 97 inch screen on one wall with a further 5 or 6 smaller screens around the bar. The price of the drink and food is far too high. The rooms are reasonable standard and size. Rooms in the 400's , 500's and 600's are the furthest from the bar and reception but are slightly larger and quieter.
Ridiculous service at the restaurant - waited 1h 15mins for a salad and never received it! Never experienced such failure in my entire life. Asked for my money back.
Our christmas party was not good ,the advertised singer did not appear, the dinner was barely average ,a circle of turkey ?? Sorry not worth the money.
Great Victorian feel. As a Starbucks lover, it was perfect for me!
