Ordered food tonight for me and my son. The food was absolutely delicious. The kebabs were amazing and the pizza looked so yummy. The food came red hot which was great considering I live in Uppermill and the delivery driver was lovely. We've both got enough food left for tea tomorrow night. I highly recommend, extremely happy customer
I order this maybe monthly sometimes weekly and amazing service, most food I order comes in 15–20 minutes which for the orders I do is quick Im not sure if that’s because they recognise my address or their just a fast service, quantity and quality food for price, any problems with food they sort out, delivery drivers polite food comes hot, service at counter is good. When busy they arnt distracted working fastly take orders quickly, I can’t think of any problems but if I could it would be they do mess up orders every now and then Five stars for you Vegetarian options: Good veggie pizzas but I mean, it’s a takeaway a kebab isn’t gonna be vegetarian is it Kid-friendliness: There arnt any kid portions available for all the meals but menu is acceptable but overall kid friendly food Parking: On a busy road, side roads available but may be a few minutes walk if busy Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a step into the take away Dietary restrictions: Offer a wide variety of food and can call up the takeaway and ask about dietary restrictions, I don’t see a problem
Ordered some food equating to just under £20 on my partners just eat acc, the driver tried to ring my partners phone but she was asleep so the driver took it upon himself to not turn up with the food I was waiting for. Checked my cctv, no one, not even a single car came past my house. Rang the takeaway and according to the manager it was left on my doorstep and they refuse to believe otherwise even though I have cctv proving it never turned up
Order food from here all the time, great and friendly service from the staff. Food is absolutely delicious aswell… top kebabs and more than what you could ask for!!
I've ordered burgers with salad , but didn't get any salad at all. Same with shawarma and chicken Donner in naan! Burger with pepperoni was horrible, pepperoni was burnt. Wings should have some spices - there was no taste It was first time I've ordered here and I'm sure the last one!
Ordered from here a few times recently. Food is nice and hot , pizzas taste great , the app is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable . Delivery time was great too No more Domino’s for us now, it’s Village Pizza all the way. Keep up the good work guys!
Not our first order but probably our last. Standards have dropped. Thin pizza base was undercooked and soggy and was stuck to the base of the box. No extra toppings as ordered. Person on the phone sounded fed up and disinterested. Very disappointing. Quick delivery and friendly driver was the only positive part of the order.
Been using village pizza for a few months simply because it’s easy after.a long day we have tried several things from there menu & overall it’s been very disappointing. Pizza base undercooked. Lamb kebab has odd taste. The southern fried chicken is re heated chicken giving it a not nice taste. When ordering southern fried chicken & chips. salad coleslaw and sauce it arrives all mixed up in a battered box not separate as you would expect making it look very unappetising. The final straw was I thought I would try a burger & chips for a change when delivery arrived there was no chips. So I rang the shop only to receive zero customer services & very abrupt attitude stating I didn’t order chips. Might have been my fault but no need for the bad attitude. On unwrapping the burger the bun was soaked with fat/oil obviously cheap burgers with high fat content can’t comment on taste as I binned it. There was no point ringing them after the attitude I got on first call. Avoid disappointment and buy food elsewhere I’ve closed my account now won’t be using again
Been loyal customers for years. Food used to be great but seen standards slipping recently. Items put in bag on the side so all the sauce runs off, food been arriving cold, items missing & not replaced even when we've telephoned up & been promised they'll be re-sent, pretty bad when it's been paid for. Afraid to say we will be going elsewhere from now on.
Ordered my first food. The food and quality was absolutely FAB..... excellent service and arrived on time and hot. would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. thanks
