Best desert place by far. Always put extra toppings on my waffles. Taste fresh , Friendly staff & the dessert are very presentable. Kids love it. Also the shakes are yummy.A must try guys, you wont be disappointed..
if i could give this place no stars i would but it’s not possible so a one star it is. me & my family had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our desserts to be delivered, a good two hours wait it was. i have heard about countless horrible encounters that people have had with kandy kraze but i still decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. however, you can now add me onto the list of people who have had horrible experiences with this place. the only thing that tasted decent was the vanilla ice cream as it would taste at any dessert place. the desserts we ordered were mediocre. my chocolate cake came stale and i couldn’t even bring myself to eat it, after paying £7 for custard and cake i wanted to really enjoy it but that chocolate cake had been sitting there for a good few weeks beforehand. my kids were not pleased with their cookie doughs either, never again! do NOT order from here.
Don't bother ordering unless you mind waiting nearly 2 hours. On their Ubereats page it states delivery is 10-30 minutes, but they change it as soon as you have paid. I waited nearly 2 hours for 2 waffles, still didn't arrive so rang and the girl said they hadn't even been sent out yet so had to cancel cause my partner had to go to work, then had the cheek to try and still charge me for them!
The desserts are really A Star ! Very popular it seems,, although sometimes everyone wants it straight away it has been a few mins late at busy periods which is understandable. Well worth the extra wait imo.
If I could rate a 0 I would. Absolutely appalling, over 2 hours I have been waiting for just a milkshake and waffle. Milkshake tasted disgusting and was just ice cream. Do not order! Surprised it is still open with the amount of bad reviews.
Do not order from these scammers. They told Deliveroo my order was delivered when it never came an hour after it should have arrived. When I rang to request a refund they said “it was 10 minutes away”. Order with someone else and save yourself the money. They have the worst reputation in Oldham for a reason.
Would not recommend had to call 3 times about my order. Ordered it at 8 30 didn't come till 11. Sent the wrong milkshake.
Do not order from this scam company, not even a store, someone baking from home without even making people aware. Added over an hour onto my delivery wait. Called to ask what’s going on was told food is on the way. Then the woman actually called me back 5 minutes later saying some of the items was out of stock??? Why accept orders if you’re out of stock ?! And to call me after an hour to let me know? Do not own a business if you can’t operate it properly and want to relax around your home and not bother actioning people’s orders and REFUSE REFUNDS on orders YOU can’t fulfill.
Food was delivered quick and warm very delicious and large portions. Will definitely order again.
Delicious desserts, wouldn't go anywhere else. food came on time and hot. kids really enjoyed their desserts.
