We had a great stay last night! Room was lovely and toilet was nice and clean. Room was warm. Only one small little thing was the radiator was making a small buzzing( which was fixed by the temperature dial ) through the night. I am not complaining as I can sleep through subtle sounds. We came for dinner too and the dinner was fabulous. I got the Balmoral Chicken and to be honest I have tried in a good amount of places and this meal from your hotel was the best that I have tasted hands down. I like how the whiskey sauce came inside the pouring pot. Most places don't give you the benefit of that and they pour it over for you. This is very much a great way to serve it as you can use it for other things on the plate. Deserts were very filling and we're good prices as was dinner. Breakfast was plenty had the Scottish breakfast and without going into detail I was great nothing to complain about here. Staff were lovely warm and happy to assist you. If I were to stay down this way again I would come here! Thanks for a great stay! 😄

Although the is not a lot to do outside the Village Inn, there are lovely views from the hotel. The room was very comfortable with little extras. It was very clean and plenty of space. Good in the hotel is also very good with very good friendly service. Over all a very good start to our holiday. On route from Glasgow airport to Fort William.

Booked over a week ago to be allocated a table where we were subsequently told we were in the way (of a doorway and also wedged against the tree)... Other tables free but staff tried the busy excuse anyway. At point of ordering informed half of the menu was unavailable. Steaks, burgers, anything with prawns ? Really at a traditional pub?? So we settled on standard fish and chips, sausage and mash.... To top it off this too was very poor. Not sure if the sausage had been re-warmed from breakfast but resembled rubber with a rock hard shell , tasteless also. Portion were laughable for the price . Only one young staff member was friendly the rest couldn't care less. Ruined the end of our holiday. If your staying local go to the chippy just down the road it's superb !!

Went for a meal after being out for a day trip. Service was very slow considering that there were only two other tables of guests, as it took us 15 minutes before someone came to take our drinks order. That being said, the food was lovely and the woman who served us was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Lovely place to stop and have a drink and a bite to eat. We had our miniature dachshund with us and she was warmly welcomed. Would visit again.
