Santa gave me a gym membership and I love it . I signed up at the gym reception with Rosie Allison, who was very helpful. The gym has plenty of facilities and a wide range of training classes. You can easily book classes through the Village Gym app, which is very useful. So far, I’ve tried yoga, Pilates, and body balance classes—and I love them!nnOn freezing cold winter days, I like to finish off my day in the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, or with a swim, followed by a nice warm shower. Highly recommended

Had a walk around tour with Rosie before helping me sign up for a membership. She was very helpful and let me know all the details about the gym and what my membership includes. The gym and all the machines and facilities kept clean and tidy.nI would highly recommend!

I had a great experience joining Village Gym, Kate was really supportive and encouraging she made signing up so easy! The gym has amazing facilities and lots of different classes to choose from. The pool, sauna and steam areas are great and is a perfect relaxation after doing a workout! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone thinking of joining.

Great experience when joining the Village hotel gym. My intention wasn’t to sign up it was more to have a look around. Kate was exceptional with her knowledge, answering any questions we had, showing us the facilities and for having a laid back approach to us joining. Very happy to have joined and very grateful to Kate especially.

My wife, I and my son were considering joining the gym and health club, but we were very disappointed when we visited for a look around. At least 4 of the machines in the gym were out of order and lots of the lockers in the changing rooms were broken. What made it worse was the level of hygiene, everything was filthy in the changing rooms, especially the toilets  everywhere. You could tell they weren't checked regularly as the cubicles were out of toilet role and the dispenser was broken. The showers were also filthy and the dispensers were also out of shower gel. I spoke to a couple of the members in the changing room and they confirmed this was the norm. Very glad I didn't sign up to the £61.50 each + £22 per month membership.nA member very kindly left a completed bottle of Captain Morgan in the locker as he stumbled towards the sauna.nnI was going to sign up without visiting, thankfully Kate/Katie suggested I visit first.
