We went to see Palace at Brixton Academy last night, so saw an opportunity to finally give Pop a try! If you haven’t been, it’s very much place of the Boxpark variety - although a little less polished, heaps cooler and slightly less populated by people from Essex ! Loads of options inside to try.. burgers, pizza, pancakes, wings - it’s got something for everyone, loads and loads of vegan options!! We plumped for Viet Box to satisfy our pre gig hunger and box did we make the right choice!! Big portions of great, fresh food… Our only criticism would be that we felt the Bao’s were missing something - coriander or a solid blast of chilli maybe but that is prob more down to personal taste!!… it was a great feed nonetheless!! The gig was class too… you didn’t ask! 5/10 min walk from Brixton tube stop
Really tasty Vietnamese fast food! I love all the vegan options, especially the dumplings. The opening times seem to change, but if you're in Pop Brixton and it is open, highly recommend!Food: 5/5

I had the chicken satay rice bowl. It was amazing like the tender of the chicken and sauce is really good. Great vegetarian and vegan options as well. Love to visit again.
I’ve eaten here since it began, tried everything and love the style. They make the best hot, sour and sweet dressings with a somehow all upside down rice and salad. It doesn’t look as big as it is, fills me up and gives me a noticeable pick up of energy. Great beef and good to have a tasty vegetarian option for a change.
The bao bun is incredible. The best I've had in London. The pork filling is bursting with lemongrass and heaped over it is a mixture of stuff each with a different flavour and texture. It's a must try if you're in the area. You can't go too wrong either with 4 Chang beers for £10.
Yum! I got the ‘Vietnamese Veggie’ and had the best marinated tofu and egg plant on it, that I have ever had! This dish is also vegan! Great portion size, to the dish. Everything smelled and looked sooo good!
Oh my gosh this food is just AMAZING. We tried different dishes and they were all superb. Honestly guys, if you are looking for nice and tasty thai cuisine, this is the right place for you! I will definitely come back! Thank you! Plus, the girl there is lovely!
Best pork bao buns in London. They don't get better than this and I love a bao - they're big with a super juicy pork patty and overflowing with toppings. Have been on a mission to try bao buns everywhere I go and these win any competition easily. Quite sad they stopped delivering on Deliveroo so I had to go get them in person from pop Brixton but I guess that makes them more exclusive in a way
