I was told about Vida Homeloans by my mortgage broker who handled all the contact with them. They seemed fine and my broker was happy with their service so if you're having trouble getting a mortgage I'd say why not give them a try?

won't recommend! more interested in taking high survey fee for a valuation report they won't show you and then find any excuse to turn down your loan. i believe this firm is fraudulent

Don't bother with this cowboy company, dragged out an application for over 2 months without an answer! They will look for reasons to say decline a loan rather than accept. Don't waste your time

Exactly the same poor experience as others. They suggest you to proceed online with your application and pay for the property valuation to go on, when you do so they find a way to cancel your application and keep the high “administration fees”. I called them immediately when I received the email saying that they will partially return to me the valuation fees and they refused to speak to me about the issue. I ‘d like to note that their policy says that administration fees will be kept only if the client cancels the application, which is very understandable. Even with these facts they keep refuse to return the money. Totally waste of time and money!! AVOID

I wouldn’t have given it a star unless I had too- luckily we are taking their business to the financial ombusdman. Stay away at all costs- do not give them a penny!!!!!!
