Bought earrings for over £500 incl. postage, stud earrings, they sent me tiny little .10 point diamond earrings, nothing like what was advertised. Also took ages to arrive. Sending back and complaint made to head office for all the good that will do! UPDATE! Sent earrings back straight away, they promised to refund as soon as they got them, phoned 3 times, no refund, had to phone head office AGAIN, told it will be today, oh dear, what appalling service!

I Really Like Cash Converters I Have Bought A Couple Of Item's From The Staines Shop Over Time The Last Purchase Was A 9 Carat Gold Curb Chain That I Bought For A Full Sovereign Pendant That I Bought On Ebay The Curb Chain RRP Was £239.95 In The Shop They Let Me Have It For £190 So £50 Off And It's The Perfect Thickness To Go Through The Jump Ring On The Full Sovereign Pendant I Haven't Been To Any Of The Other Cash Converters In The UK But When I'm In Staines I Will Specifically Go There Just To Look In Cash Converters It Would Be Good If They Opened More Cash Converters Shops Locally Including Addlestone I'm Recently Looking At There Jewellery But I Go In There To Look At Everything To See What's New Or Anything That Is Going Cheap Etc 👍

Prefer this to CEX, but they don't stock enough things to interest me mostly, they also don't rotate their stock so if you've been in there once... well it will most likely be the same in a month or two.
